ON Semiconductor’s PTICs have excellent RF performance andpower consumption, making them suitable for any mobile handset orradio application. The fundamental building block of our PTICproduct line is a tunable material called ParaScan™, based on BariumStrontium Titanate (BST). PTICs have the ability to change theircapacitance from a supplied bias voltage generated by the Control IC.

The 4.7 pF ultra−high tuning PTICs are available as wafer-level chipscale packages (WLCSP).
