产品信息

TCC−226 is a six−output high−voltage digital to analog control ICspecifically designed to control and bias ON Semiconductor’s PassiveTunable Integrated Circuits (PTICs).
These PTIC controllers are intended for use inmobile phones and dedicated RF tuning applications. Theimplementation of ON Semiconductor’s tunable circuits in mobilephones enables significant improvement in terms of antenna radiatedperformance.
The PTIC controllers are controlled through a bias voltage rangingfrom 1 V to 24 V. The TCC−226 high−voltage PTIC controller hasbeen specifically designed to cover this need, providing sixindependent high−voltage outputs that control up to six differenttunable PTICs in parallel. The device is fully controlled through amulti−protocol digital interface.
  • Controls ON Semiconductor's PTIC Tunable Capacitors
  • Forms part of a complete RF tuning solution
  • Compliant with Timing Needs of Cellular and Other Wireless SystemRequirements
  • Integrated Boost Converter with 6 Programmable DAC Outputs (up to 24 V)
  • Low Power Consumption
  • Auto−detection of SPI (30− or 32−bit) or MIPI RFFE Interfaces (1.8 V)
  • Available in WLCSP (RDL ball arrays)
  • Compliant with MIPI 26 MHz Read−Back
  • Footprint Compatible with TCC-303
