The NOM02A6-AW49G contact image sensor (CIS) module integrates a white LED light source with reflector, lens and image sensor in a compact housing.The module is designed for document scanning, mark reading, gaming and office automation equipment applications and is suitable for scanning documents up to 104mm wide.An analog video output achieves a scanning rate of 167µsec/line. The NOM02A6-AW49G module employs proprietary CMOS image sensing technology from ON Semiconductor to achieve high-speed performance and high sensitivity.
