An internal clamping circuit is capable of shunting surge voltages of ±100 V, protecting downstream components and enhancingsystemrobustness.TheFPF2290features over-voltageprotection that powers down the internal FETiftheinput voltage exceeds the OVP threshold. The OVPthresholdisselectableviaLogicselectpins (OV1 and OV2). Over-temperature protection also powers down the device at 130°C (typical). TheFPF2290isavailableinafully“green”compliant 1.3mm× 1.8mmWafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP) with backside laminate.
