Highly flexible programmable transmitter collecting an ATtiny44V AVR® micro-controller and UHF PLL transmitters in a 5 by 5-mm QFN24 package. It is specifically designed for the demands of RF low-cost data transmission systems with data rates of up to 32Kb/s. The device's primary applications are in industrial and aftermarket remote keyless-entry systems; in home automotion, entertainment, and toys; and in alarm, telemetering, energy metering systems. It operates in the 868-MHz frequency band for both ASK or FSK data transmission.
