UHF ASK/FSK transparent receiver IC with low power consumption, supplied in a 5 by 5-mm QFN24 package. It can be used in the 313 to 317-MHz band. For improved image rejection and selectivity, its IF frequency is fixed to 440kHz. Its IF block uses an 8th-order band pass, yielding a receive bandwidth of 420kHz. This enables the receiver to be used in both SAW and PLL-based transmitter systems and for it to utilize various types of data-bit encoding. Prevailing encryption protocols such as Keeloq?? are supported. The highly integrated design requires no RF components except for those needed for receiver antenna matching.
